Great service. Easy to deal with.

Went there initially to buy a DT Swiss wheel that no one else had in stock, then miraculously they had a fork I was looking for that had just come off a new bike for a change over at a great price. Things just kept getting better with everything else I wanted in stock - tyres, saddle, pedals. A big shout out to Cameron with fantastic knowledgeable advice and brilliant customer service and to top it all off, found out they do full suspension service as well…..and icing on the cake…..they were able to fit me in for major service work in the following week - the guy in the workshop is also super helpful and very experienced. All up a brilliant shopping experience and a level of service rarely found these days. Had to drive half way across town to get there, however would walk there barefoot over broken glass for their fantastic service, advice and extensive stock of quality parts. A Win win win experience !!!!! Further update: A week later, they carried out a lot of work on my two bikes and did a brilliant job! Also like the way they pro-actively assess any thing that needs changing/fixing and discuss before proceeding with the work. Very professional approach with high quality workmanship. Also very reasonable costs for fork and suspension service - Highly recommended!!!!

Went in to have my sons bike fixed was then told it needed new cranks which I agreed to since I had no idea, buy they kept the old cranks which actually had nothing wrong with them and were an expensive brand and sold me crap ones which broke 2 months later, they were extremely pushy trying to tell me It needed a tyre, tried to charge $1200 for which i found online for $400 the next day.. I ended up paying allot got ripped off totally will never go back
